Schedule a Mediation

Select a Preferred Date: Select an available date* (shown in blue) on the Online Scheduling Calendar below.

Submit Your Request: Complete and submit the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN) Appointment Request for the selected date and the NADN Intake Form with the required party information for the case.

Scheduling Review: Rose Resolution Group will review your request for availability and potential conflicts, then contact all parties to confirm the proposed date.

Date Confirmation & Next Steps: Once all parties have responded, we will confirm your mediation date. Within the following week, you will receive an intake packet containing pre-mediation information, including timing and logistics, preparation guidance, submission instructions, and invoicing details.

*Our mediation calendar is open for booking up to two months in advance. For dates beyond that window, please contact our office by email.
