Jeff Rose has devoted his career to helping people resolve complex problems. As a board-certified civil trial lawyer and a Texas Judge for twelve years - first as a District trial Judge and then handling one of the state’s most complex dockets as Chief Justice of the Texas Third Court of Appeals based in Austin - Jeff has helped clients and litigants resolve thousands of complex disputes. Even today, Jeff is called on to serve on special assignment as a judge in trial and appellate courts across Texas. Jeff now focuses his practice on resolving disputes as a mediator and arbitrator. Combining his years of experience as a lawyer and judge with creative, insightful approaches to dispute resolution, Jeff stands ready to help you resolve your most important cases.
